摘　　要：在高职教育领域,教师通过良好的职业素养、精益求精的工作态度帮助学生树立正确的价值观。劳模教师是教师中的最具榜样式的人物,高素质技术劳动者的培养是与工匠精神的培育有着密不可分的关系。分析了职业院校师资队伍建设的现状,探索了劳模工匠精神引领下分析检测类专业教师教学团队的建设路径,提高了教师的专业素养和业务水平,最终提升了分析检测类劳动者的培养质量。In order to improve the professional quality and professional level of professional teachers in analysis and testing,and cultivate more high-quality testing technology workers,the article analyzes the current situation of the construction of the teaching team of vocational colleges and universities,explores the construction path of the teaching team of professional teachers of analysis and testing under the guidance of the spirit of labor model craftsmen,encourages teachers to continue to grow,improves the teaching quality of teachers in vocational schools,and ultimately improves the quality of training of analysis and testing workers.
