摘　　要：在全国职教大会召开的大背景下,职业院校如何进行“岗课赛证”融合育人培养至关重要。本文以酿酒技术专业核心课《白酒品评与勾调技术》课程为例,通过课程思政融入、课程内容重构、分段分层培养和赛证深度融入四个方面进行了“岗课赛证”融合育人课程教学改革途径的探究。The job-lesson-competition-certification integrated education mode is of great significance for vocational colleges.In this paper,taking the course“Baijiu Tasting and Blending”as an example,the teaching reformation path based on job-lesson-competitioncertification integration is explored from the aspects of ideological education,teaching content reconstruction,teaching in stages,and competition-certification integration.
