摘 要:高质量发展背景下,高职院校教师正经历着从传授知识与技能的“人师”,到企业技能创新的“能师”,再到服务技能社会的“培训师”等角色的转化与融合过程。然而,当前高职院校仍面临着教师发展内生动力激发不够、教师治理制度不完善、教师企业实践机制建设失衡、教师继续教育资源供给缺位等问题。高质量发展视域下,高职院校促进教师专业发展,一是要精准定位类型特征,激发教师主动发展;二是要加强内部治理制度建设,厚植良性发展生态;三是全面打造企业实践支持系统,实境提升专业技能;四是政校企携手开发培训资源,全面支持教师发展。In the context of high-quality development, teachers in higher vocational colleges are experiencing the processes of role transformation and integration from“teachers”who impart knowledge and skills, to“competent teachers”for enterprises’ skill innovation, and then to“trainers”who serve the skill-oriented society. However, at present, higher vocational colleges are still faced with issues such as insufficient stimulation of endogenous motivation for teachers’ development, insufficient construction of teacher governance system, unbalanced construction of teachers’ enterprise practice mechanism, and absence of supply of continuing education resources for teachers. From the perspective of high-quality development, if higher vocational education wants to promote the professional development of teachers, firstly, it needs to accurately position the type characteristics and stimulate teachers’ active development. Secondly, it needs to enhance the construction of internal governance system and cultivate a healthy development ecology. Thirdly, it should comprehensively construct the supporting system of enterprise practices and improve professional skills in real scenarios. Fourthly, governments, schools, and enterprises should work together to develop training resources to fully support teachers’ development.
