摘　　要：习近平新时代体育强国思想为体育强国建设提供了重要的理论支撑。习近平新时代体育强国思想有着自身独特的生成逻辑、理论意蕴和实践向度,实现了历史之源、理论之维、实践之度的统一。从生成逻辑来看,该思想有着深刻的理论逻辑、历史逻辑与现实逻辑。其中,马克思主义理论的内在张力是其生成的理论渊源,马克思主义中国化体育思想是其生成的历史依据,对新时代中国体育事业发展的关切和回应是其生成的现实诉求。其理论意蕴主要包括“以人为本、人民至上”的价值旨归、“文化自信、交互融合”的价值理念以及“遵循规律、科学发展”的价值导向。其实践路径主要体现为:以竞技体育为引领,深挖其带动和引领作用;以全民健身为根本,夯实体育强国群众基础;以体育产业为支撑,壮大体育强国经济根基;以体育文化为抓手,营造崇尚运动的社会风气;以体医融合为工具,为体育强国建设注入强劲动力。Xi Jinping’s thought of sports power in the new era provides important theoretical support for the construction of sports power. Xi Jinping’s thought of sports power in the new era has its own unique generation logic, theoretical implication and practical orientation, realizing the unity of the source of history, theoretical dimension and practical degree. From the perspective of generation logic, this thought has profound theoretical logic, historical logic and realistic logic. Among them, the internal tension of Marxist theory is the theoretical origin of its generation, the Chinese sports thought of Marxism is the historical basis of its generation, and the concern and response to the development of China’s sports cause in the new era is the realistic appeal of its generation. Its theoretical implications mainly include the value purview of “people-oriented, people first”, the value concept of“cultural confidence, interaction and integration” and the value orientation of “following the law and scientific development”. Its practice are taking competitive sports as the guide, digging its driving and leading role;strengthening the public foundation for developing China through sports by taking public fitness as the foundation;strengthening the economic foundation of sports power with the support of sports industry;Taking sports culture as the starting point to create a social atmosphere advocating sports;and with the integration of sports and medicine as a tool, injecting strong impetus into the construction of sports power.
