乡村振兴战略下高职教育提升农村人力资本的路径研究

摘　　要：高等职业教育肩负着乡村人才振兴的重要任务。当前高职教育在提升农村人力资本方面存在内生动力缺乏、资源配置不佳、实际需求错位、教学和管理落后四个层面的困境,制约着其价值功能的发挥。对此,应以人才振兴理念为导向,从正确引领舆论导向、拓展继续教育内涵、优化办学内容、改革内部管理体系四方面着手,探寻破解当前农村地区人力资本开发困境的有效策略,助推乡村振兴战略。Higher vocational education shoulders the important task of revitalizing rural talents.At present,higher vocational education has four dilemmas in promoting rural human capital:lack of endogenous power,poor resource allocation,and dislocation of actual demand,backward teaching and management,which restrict the exertion of its value function.In this regard,higher vocational education should be guided by the concept of talent revitalization,and explore effective strategies to solve the current dilemma of human capital development in rural areas and boost the strategy of rural revitalization from four aspects of correctly leading the public opinion,expanding the connotation of continuing education,optimizing the content of higher vocational education and reforming the internal management system.
