摘　　要：降级生的教育管理与高校的安全稳定、学生的家庭幸福密切相关,是责任与挑战并重的一项工作难题。因此,针对高校学分制下降级生大量存在的现象,通过分析降级生形成的原因、教育管理存在的问题,对开展降级生教育管理工作的新途径进行了探讨。The education management of degraded students is a difficult work with equal responsibilities and challenges,and it is closely related to the security and stability of colleges and universities,and the family happiness of students.Aiming at the phenomenon of a large number of degraded students under the credit system in colleges and universities,this paper discusses new ways to carry out education and management of degraded students by analyzing the reasons for the formation of degraded students and the problems in education management.
