大学生营养状况及营养知识态度行为调查——以黄冈市在校大学生为例

摘　　要：为了解大学生营养状况及营养知识态度行为,帮助在校大学生建立更加合理的膳食结构、养成良好的饮食行为和生活习惯,本研究采用随机抽样方法对黄冈市360名在校大学生,就不同性别、专业、年级在校大学生的营养状况、知识、态度及行为等方面进行调查。问卷结果表明,黄冈市在校大学生的营养状况一般,营养正常的人数占比仅65.5%;有近一半的学生需要加强营养知识教育,并纠正不良饮食行为;大部分同学营养态度积极,认为营养知识和合理膳食对健康很重要,并愿意用营养知识指导日常饮食。结合问卷调查,从营养素质教育、高校食堂管理、体育活动及营养知识等方面提出了建议。In order to know the nutritional status and attitude towards nutritional knowledge of Huanggang college students,360college students in Huanggang city were selected by random sampling method.The nutritional status,knowledge,attitude and dietary behavior of college students of different genders,majors,and grades were investigated.The results showed that the nutritional status of college students in Huanggang city were general,and the proportion of students with normal nutrition was only 65.5percent.Nearly half of the students needed more nutrition education and improve bad eating behaviors.Most students have a positive attitude towards nutrition,and know that nutrition knowledge and reasonable diet are very important to health.They are willing to use nutrition knowledge to guide their daily diet.Combined with the questionnaire survey,some suggestions were put forward from the aspects of nutrition quality education,university canteen management,sports activities and nutrition knowledge.
