机器人赋能高校图书馆创新服务的路径研究

摘  要:随着机器人技术不断发展,人机融合的图书馆创新服务迎来了机遇。文章首先展示了机器人的发展及其应用于图书馆的现状。随后,为提高开架服务质量,提出通过配置通用和专用机器人来创新开架流通书库的协同服务;根据奥斯古德-施拉姆循环传播理论,提出多通路的智慧模式启发图书馆咨询服务推陈出新;列举六种远程呈现机器人,指出在图书馆部署远程呈现机器人后,能开辟读者物理空间、社会群体、组织间的嵌入式服务的新途径,为图书馆嵌入式服务赋予新内涵。最后,给出做好顶层设计,建立开放理念和更新服务评价体系三个框架建议来落实图书馆创新服务。With continuous development of robot technology,innovative services based on human-robot integration in university libraries obtain new opportunities.Firstly,both robot development and its application in libraries are demonstrated.Secondly deploying general-purpose and special-purpose robots is proposed in order to innovate collaborative service in the open-shelf circulation stacks rooms.According to Osgood-Schramm circular theory,multichannel intelligent models are put forward for libraries to inspire novel consulting services.After listing six kinds of telepresence robots,it is concluded that deploying them can bring forth new embedded services among readers'physical space,social groups and organizations and reflecting visual connotation of embedded services.Finally three frame suggestions as follows:planning top-level design,building open thought and updating service evaluation,are made to implement the innovative services in order to practically guide to develop intelligent university libraries.
