摘  要:目的 查明暴发原因,控制本次疫情,并防止类似事件再次发生。方法 采用现场流行病学调查方法,制定病例定义、搜索病例,采集病例及食物标本进行实验室检测,并应用描述性分析和病例对照研究探讨事件原因。结果 此次暴发累计病例107例,罹患率4.4%(107/2 428)。临床表现主要为腹泻(100%,107/107)、发热(93.5%,100/107)、腹痛(91.6%,98/107)等。食用校内小卖部面包是发病的危险因素(OR=24.93,95%CI:9.48~65.58,P<0.001)。在68份病例肛拭标本及2份面包中检出都柏林沙门氏菌。结论 本次事件为一起都柏林沙门氏菌污染面包导致的食源性疾病暴发事件,建议加强对学校内食品供货渠道的清理排查。Objective To find out the cause of an outbreak of foodborne disease,and control the epidemic situation,so as to prevent similar events happening again.Methods A field epidemiological survey was conducted,case definition was established,active case search and interview were implemented,and the samples were collected for laboratory testing as well.Descriptive epidemiology and case-control study were adopted to analyze the risk factors.Results Total 107 cases were identified,with the attack rate of 4.4%(107/2 428).The major clinic symptoms were diarrhea(100%,107/107),fever(93.5%,100/107),abdominal pain(91.6%,98/107),etc.Eating school snack bread was a risk factor(OR = 24.93,95% CI:9.48-65.58,P < 0.001).Salmonella dublin was detected in 68 anal swab specimens and 2 bread samples.Conclusion This incident is an outbreak of foodborne disease caused by Salmonella dublin contaminated bread,and it is suggested to strengthen the cleaning and investigation of food supply channels in schools.
