摘  要:某矿井下无轨运输的方式为2辆14 t电机车分为头尾车牵引11辆6 m^(3)底卸式矿车,由于电机车车轴和轮芯装配尺寸及加工工艺不能满足井下生产所需,往往会出现车辆断轴导致电机车掉道,影响生产。依据现场使用情况,对车轴和轮芯进行优化改进,以达到满足生产的要求。The underground trackless transportation method is that divided two 14 t electric locomotives into the head and tail cars to pull eleven bottom unloading mining cars 6 m3. Because the assembly size and processing technology of electric locomotive axle and wheel core can not meet the requirements of underground production, the vehicle shaft is often broken, leading to the electric locomotive down the lane and affecting the production.Optimized and improved the axle and wheel core to meet the production requirements according to the field usage.
