摘 要:目的分析护理健康工作环境对乌鲁木齐市血液科护士职业应对效能感的影响。方法2021年2—7月,用一般资料问卷、中文版护理健康工作环境测评量表和中文版护士职业应对效能感测评量表对乌鲁木齐市5所三级甲等医院的286名血液科护士进行问卷调查。结果乌鲁木齐市286名血液科护士护理健康工作环境总得分为(81.79±13.15)分,职业应对效能感总得分为(33.60±7.19)分。不同性别、年龄、护理职称及每月夜班次数的血液科护士职业应对效能感得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),乌鲁木齐市286名血液科护士护理健康工作环境和职业应对效能感得分及各维度之间均呈显著正相关(均P<0.05)。多元逐步回归结果显示,护理健康工作环境能够引起乌鲁木齐市血液科职业应对效能感30.9%的变异(P<0.05)。结论乌鲁木齐市286名血液科护士的护理健康工作环境水平对其职业应对效能感影响显著,良好的护理健康工作环境能够有利于血液科护士职业应对效能感水平的积极提升。医院管理者应当重视二者之间的关系,并积极挖掘护理健康工作环境对血液科护士积极行为的有效促进因素,建设支持性的工作环境,使其获取更高水平的职业应对效能感,激发其职业潜能,促进护士群体的职业健康。Objective To analyze the effect of nursing health working environment on occupational coping efficacy of hematology department nurses in Urumqi.Methods From February to July 2021,286 hematology department nurses in five grade-A tertiary hospitals in Urumqi were surveyed by the questionnaire.The survey tools were general information questionnaire,Chinese version of nursing health working environment assessment scale and Chinese version of occupational coping efficacy scale.Results The total score of nursing health working environment among 286 hematology department nurses in Urumqi was(81.79±13.15)points,and the total score of occupational coping efficacy was(33.60±7.19)points.There were statistically significant differences in the occupational coping efficacy scores among hematology department nurses with different gender,age,nursing title and monthly night shift(all P<0.05).The nursing health working environment among 286 hematology department nurses in Urumqi was significantly positively correlated with the occupational coping efficacy scores and various dimensions(P<0.05).Multiple stepwise regression results showed that the nursing health working environment could cause 30.9%variation of occupational coping efficacy in hematology department nurses of Urumqi(P<0.05).Conclusions The level of nursing health working environment of 286 hematology department nurses in Urumqi has a significant impact on their professional coping efficacy,and a good nursing health working environment can be conducive to the positive improvement of professional coping efficacy of hematology department nurses.Hospital managers should pay attention to the relationship between the two and actively explore the effective promotion factors of nursing health working environment for hematology department nurses’positive behavior,build a supportive working environment,help them obtain a higher level of professional coping efficacy,stimulate their professional potential,and promote the occupational health of nurses.
