摘  要:近年来,教育部多次出台相关政策,强调需要加强和规范对高校实习工作的管理。本研究以A高校人力资源管理专业为例,对2018级参加就业实习的大四学生采用问卷调查、访谈、实地观察等研究方法进行调研。对回收的117份问卷进行信度和效度检验,围绕实习过程和实习成果进行分析,解析影响实习过程和实习成果的因素,并提出相应的对策建议。In recent years,the Ministry of Education has issued relevant policies for many times,emphasizing the need to strengthen and standardize the management of employment internship in colleges and universities.This paper takes the human resource Management major of A university as an example to conduct research on the senior students of 2018 who participated in employment internship through questionnaire survey,interview and field observation.The reliability and validity tests of 117 collected questionnaires were carried out to analyze the process and results of employment internship,analyze the factors affecting the process and results of employment internship,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
