摘 要:针对全功能操作概念界定不清晰、关键问题不明确、研究方向不聚焦等问题,提出了雷达装备全功能操作的概念及需求分析方法。首先,对雷达装备全功能操作训练的内涵进行界定;其次,引入作战环、基于能力的分析技术、作战视图技术等需求分析方法,区分作战需求、训练需求、教学需求3个层面,对雷达装备全功能操作需求进行了分析;最后,总结了需求分析结论,并从通用操作规范、模拟训练系统、训练效果评估3个层面进行了研究展望,为下一步深入研究雷达装备全功能操作问题指明了方向。Aiming at the problems of unclear definition of full function operation concept,ambiguity key issues,and unfocused research direction,etc.,the concept and requirement analysis method of the full function operation of radar equipment are proposed.Firstly,the connotation of full function operation and training for radar equipment is defined.Then the requirement analysis methods such as operation loop,capability-based analysis technology and combat view technique,etc.,are introduced,three levels of combat requirements,training requirements and teaching requirements are distinguished,the full-function operation requirements for radar equipment are analyzed.Finally,the conclusion of requirement analysis is summarized,and the research orientation is carried out from three levels of general operation specification,simulated training system and training effect evaluation,which points out the direction of further research about the problems of full function operation of radar equipment.
