摘　　要：高质量发展是我国“十四五”经济社会发展的主题,也是高等教育改革的起点与发展的指导。作为高等教育的组成部分,应用型本科高校在培养高层次应用型人才、服务区域经济发展方面起着至关重要的作用。在新时代背景下应重新界定应用型本科教育高质量发展的内涵,以创新变革为引领,开拓绿色创新、协同创新、共享创新以及开放创新的路径,构建高水平的教学组织与管理体系、学科与专业架构体系、人才培养体系,全面提高应用型本科高校人才培养能力。High-quality development is the theme of economic and social development during the 14th Fiveyear Plan period in China, and also the starting point and guidance for the development of higher education reform. As an important component of higher education, application-oriented universities play a vital role in cultivating high-level applied talents and serving regional economic development. Under the background of the new era, it’s necessary to redefine the connotation of high-quality development of application-oriented undergraduates. Under the guidance of innovation and reform, we should explore the path of green innovation,collaborative innovation, shared innovation and open innovation so as to build a high-level teaching organization and management system, discipline and specialty structure system, and talent training system, finally to improve the talent training ability of application-oriented universities.
