摘　　要：[目的/意义]随着新兴科技在社会各个领域的渗透和影响力的增强,科技与传统伦理价值之间的冲突日益凸显,如何进行新兴科技的伦理治理,逐渐成为国际社会的共同诉求。在此背景下,中国科学院学部在加强科技伦理制度化建设、推动科技伦理规范治理等方面开展了一系列研究工作,本文对学部组织科技伦理研究的经验进行介绍,以期为我国科技伦理治理体系建设提供有力支撑。[方法/过程]本文对中国科学院学部科技伦理研究工作的基本情况进行介绍,分析中国科学院学部科技伦理项目的研究方式,总结科技伦理研究的主要成果产出,系统梳理中国科学院学部在科技伦理研究项目选题立项、中期管理和成果管理的主要管理经验。[结果/结论]本文对中国科学院学部科技伦理研究工作的意义进行研究分析,提出推动我国科技伦理工作的未来展望,包括加强科技伦理的普及与教育、多形式展示学部科技伦理研究成果、持续举办科技伦理研讨会以及加强与国际交流合作。[Purpose/significance]With the penetration and influence of emerging science and technology in various fields of society,the conflict between science and technology and traditional ethics has become increasingly prominent.How to conduct the ethical governance of emerging science and technology has gradually become the common demand of the international community.The academic divisions of the Chinese Academy of Sciences have carried out a series of research work in strengthening the institutionalization of science and technology ethics and promoting the governance of science and technology ethics.In order to provide strong support for the construction of China’s scientific and technological ethics governance system,we introduce the experience of the academic divisions of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in organizing science and technology ethics research.[Method/process]We introduce the basic introduction with respect to the science and technology ethics research of the academic divisions of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.We analyze the research modes of the science and technology ethics research project and summarize the main outputs of science and technology ethics research.Furthermore,we systematically summarize the main management experiences of the academic divisions of the Chinese Academy of Sciences with respect to the topic selection,interim management and outcome management of the science and technology ethics research project.[Result/conclusion]Based on the above analysis,the significance of science and technology ethics research of academic divisions of the Chinese Academy of Sciences are analyzed,and the future prospects of promoting the scientific and technological ethics work in China are proposed,including strengthening the popularization and education of science and technology ethics,displaying the science and technology ethics research results in various forms,organizing science and technology ethics seminar,strengthening international exchanges and cooperation.
