摘 要:在新工科人才培养的新要求、虚拟仿真实验教学项目的推进和全球疫情持续化的大环境下,本文对电工学实验教学的改革进行了深入的探索。在优化现有实验教学内容和考核标准的基础上,同时开发了新的教学实验,建立了符合新工科人才培养理念和要求的“线上+线下”“虚拟+实境”“独立+主题”“多方式协同”相融合的实验教学新模式,形成了“线上+线下”实验同步双向考评机制。实践证明,电工学系列实验改革确实提高了学生解决工程问题的能力和创新能力,为新工科人才培养提供了坚实的保障。Under the new requirements of talent training of the Emerging engineering education, the promotion of the teaching projects of the virtual simulation experiment and the sustainability of the global epidemic situation, this paper makes an in-depth exploration on the reform of the experiment teaching of the electrical engineering foundation. On the basis of optimizing the existing contents of the experimental teaching and assessment standards, the new teaching experiments have been developed at the same time, and a new teaching experiment mode integrating "Online + offline" "Virtuality + actuality" "Independence + theme" and "multi-mode cooperation" has been established in line which conforms to the concept of the talent training of the emerging engineering education;forming a synchronous two-way evaluation mechanism of "Online + offline" experiments. Practice has proved that the series of experimental reform of the electrical engineering foundation improved students’ ability to solve engineering problems and innovation ability indeed, and provide a solid guarantee for the talent training of the emerging engineering education.
