不同杂交组合猪的繁殖及肉质性状比较分析

摘　　要：旨在对国外引进猪种杂交后生产及肉质性状进行评估,以筛选优秀的杂交组合模式。选取长白(Landrace)、大白(Yorkshire)、杜洛克(Duroc)和巴克夏(Berkshire)为研究对象,对其纯繁及不同杂交组合的繁殖性能及肉质性状指标进行差异分析。结果表明,杜巴二元猪的产活仔数、仔猪初生重及初生窝重均高于亲本(P<0.05)。杜巴二元猪的达100kg校正日龄、校正日增重及背膘厚均显著优于亲本巴克夏,达30kg校正日龄显著低于亲本杜洛克(P <0.05)。杜巴长大的屠宰性能及胴体品质均优于亲本及杜长大(P <0.05)。结果提示杜巴二元猪遗传了杜洛克生长速度快、屠宰率及瘦肉率高等特点,同时遗传了巴克夏的繁殖性能。其杂交后代杜巴长大在生长、繁殖和屠宰性能等方面均优于杜长大三元杂交猪。In order to evaluate the production and meat quality traits of imported pig breeds after crossbreeding and screen the excellent crossbreeding combination patterns, in the experiment, the pure breeding and different crossbreeding combinations production performance of Landrace, Yorkshire, Duroc and Berkshire were measured,and the differences in meat quality traits were analyzed. The results showed that the number of live piglets, piglets’ initial birth weight and initial litter weight of Duroc×Berkshire binary pigs were higher than those of the parents(P <0.05). The corrected age to 100 kg, the corrected daily weight gain and backfat thickness of Duroc×Berkshire binary pigs were significantly better than those of parental Berkshire, while the corrected age to 30 kg was significantly lower than that of parental Duroc(P < 0.05). The slaughter performance and carcass quality of(Duroc×Berkshire) ×(Landrace×Yorkshire) were better than those of the parental Duroc(P < 0.05). The results suggested that Duroc×Berkshire binary pigs inherited the characteristics of fast growth rate, high slaughter rate and lean meat rate from Duroc, and the reproductive performance from Berkshire. In terms of growth, reproduction and slaughter performance, the(Duroc×Berkshire) ×(Landrace×Yorkshire) is surperior to Duroc ×(Landrace × Yorkshire).
