摘  要:文章从提升电网企业核心竞争力、促进青年员工加速成长成才两个维度,简要介绍分专业建立优质兼职培训师师资库的现实意义,分析了现阶段在兼职培训师师资库建立中存在的问题,聚焦电网企业战略目标、聚焦推动新型电力系统构建、聚焦青年员工成长成才,提出电网企业分专业建立优质兼职培训师师资库的总体思路。文章从强化入库管理、赋能兼职师资、展示培训技能、创新评价激励等四个方面,深入介绍电网企业分专业建立优质兼职培训师师资库的十余项重点措施。对立足实现“双碳”目标,对电网企业分专业深化优质兼职培训师师资库建设,打造教育培训品牌进行展望。This paper briefly introduces the practical significance of establishing a bank of high-quality part-time trainers based on specialties from two dimensions:enhancing the core competitiveness of power grid enterprises and accelerating the growth of young employees.It analyzes the problems existing in current construction,and puts forward the general idea by focusing on the strategic objectives of power grid enterprises,promotion of new power system as well as development of young employees.From the four aspects of strengthening admittance management,empowering part-time teachers,demonstrating training skills,and innovating and evaluating incentives,this paper elaborates on more than 10 key measures to establish a bank of high-quality part-time trainers in power grid enterprises.The paper also looks forward to realizing the″double carbon″goal,deepening the construction of high-quality part-time trainers bank and building education and training brands in power grid enterprises.
