摘　　要：以增强校企合作适应性、服务高质量发展为指向,提出“引入高大上、合作骨干型、服务中小微”的高职院校多层次校企合作模式。该模式从产业链中不同层次企业的利益诉求出发,灵活组合产业学院、人才培养基地、订单班、工作室等校企合作模式,从而主动适应校企双方的合作需求,提升匹配度,促进双方利益最大化,实现校企合作的长效深入。In order to enhance the adaptability of school-enterprise cooperation and serve its high-quality development,the multi-level school-enterprise cooperation model of higher vocational colleges is proposed,which is characterized by“introducing large enterprises,cooperating with backbone enterprises and serving small and medium enterprises”.Based on the interest demands of enterprises at different levels in the industrial chain,this model flexibly combines industrial colleges,talent training bases,order classes,studios and other school-enterprise cooperation modes,so as to proactively adapt to the cooperation needs of both sides,improve the matching degree,promote the maximization of interests of both sides,and realize the long-term and in-depth school-enterprise cooperation.
