摘 要:为真实反映测量审核中单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌结果的精确度,减小结果误差,对测量审核中单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌的结果进行不确定度评定。依据测量审核计划参试作业指导书和GB 4789.30-2016中第三法进行测定,建立数学模型,分析测定结果的影响因素并进行评定。检验过程中梯度稀释、加样体积、重复性等均会引入不确定度因素,本研究结果的相对合成标准不确定度ucrel为0.071517,扩展不确定度U为0.153046,k=2.14。结果表明,对单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌进行不确定度评定的方法适用于同类样品检验中单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌不确定度的评定。In order to truly reflect the accuracy of Listeria monocytogenes results in measurement audit,reduce the error of results and improve the accuracy,this study evaluates the uncertainty of Listeria monocytogenes results in measurement audit.The measurement was carried out according to the test operation guidance of the measurement audit plan and the third method in GB 4789.30-2016.The mathematical model was established,and the influencing factors of the measurement results were analyzed and evaluated.In the detection process,the gradient dilution,sample volume and repeatability were be introduced into uncertainty factors.The relative combined standard uncertainty ucrel of the experimental results is 0.071517,and the expanded uncertainty U is 0.153046,k=2.14.The method for uncertainty evaluation of Listeria monocytogenes is scientific and suitable for the uncertainty evaluation of Listeria monocytogenes in similar samples.
