摘　　要：随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,高职院校学生党建和学生教育管理工作成为高职院校的两项重要工作,关系到立德树人根本任务的落实。两项工作既相对独立又紧密联系,如何使二者有效互动,是高职院校迫切需要探索研究的。该文从学生党建与学生管理、学生党建与宿舍管理、学生党建与日常管理等三个方面,通过多个路径探索了二者的互动实践。Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. Student Party building, and student education and management are two important tasks in higher vocational colleges, which are related to the implementation of the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. The two tasks are both relatively independent and closely related. How to make them interact effectively is an urgent need for exploration and research in higher vocational colleges. This paper explores the interactive practice of the two from three aspects: student Party building and student management, student Party building and dormitory management, student Party building and routine management.
