摘  要:树立大食物观,统筹陆海食物资源可以更加全面地反映中国沿海地区食物产能水平。文章利用食物营养转化模型分析了1990—2019年中国沿海地区的陆海食物营养(热量、蛋白质和脂肪)产能时空格局,利用耦合协调性模型剖析了陆海两大食物系统产能的耦合协调性演变特征。结果表明:①中国及沿海地区的食物产能均在提升,营养产量增速为脂肪>蛋白质>热量,但沿海地区食物产能贡献度呈下降趋势,且存在被长期低估的情况。②陆域和海域食物营养产能空间差异明显,陆域产能主要集中在山东、江苏和河北3省,而海域产能主要集中在山东、福建、浙江和广东4省,江苏、河北、浙江和福建4省的陆海产能空间错位较大;时间维度上,陆域食物营养产量变化以增长型为主,海域以两阶段增长型为主,且海域食物营养产量占陆域比重整体呈现波动上升趋势。③陆海两大食物系统产能的耦合协调值不断升高,而在食物产能类型演变上,1990—2000年,沿海多数省份属于陆海同增型;2000—2010年,陆海同增型省份减少,其他3种类型省份增多,2010—2019年,食物热量和蛋白质陆海同增型省份增多,脂肪陆海同减型和海增陆减型省份增多。Establishing a macro food concept and coordinating land-marine food resources can more comprehensively reflect the level of food production capacity in China’s coastal areas.The food nutrition transformation model and coupling coordination model are used in this paper,to analyze the spatial-temporal pattern and coupling coordination evolution characteristics of the land-marine food nutrition(energy,protein and fat)production capacity in China’s coastal areas from 1990 to 2019.The results show that:1)The food production capacity in China and coastal areas is increasing,fat has the highest growth rate of nutrient production,followed by protein,and energy.However,the contribution degree of food production capacity in coastal areas shows a downward trend and has been underestimated for a long time.2)There are obvious spatial differences between land and marine food nutrition production capacity in coastal areas.The production capacity of land area is mainly concentrated in Shandong,Jiangsu and Hebei,while the production capacity of marine area is mainly concentrated in Shandong,Fujian,Zhejiang and Guangdong.The provinces with large spatial dislocation of land-marine production capacity are Jiangsu,Hebei,Zhejiang and Fujian.In terms of time dimension,the changes of food nutrient production are dominated by growth type in the land area and by two-stage growth type in the marine area,and the proportion of marine food nutrient production to the land food nutrient production shows a fluctuating upward trend as a whole,indicating that the level of development and utilization of marine food resources in China has been greatly improved.3)The coupling coordination value between the land and marine food production capacity continues to increase in coastal areas,indicating that the level of coordinated development of the land-marine food production capacity in China’s coastal areas is constantly improving.In terms of the evolution of food production capacity types,most coastal provinces belong to the simultaneous growth t
