摘　　要：纯电动汽车省去发动机,其NVH显得异常重要。本文以某纯电动汽车差速器异响作为研究对象,基于差速器的结构和工作原理来分析产生NVH的影响因素,并提出了改进措施。结合整车的实际评价,验证了改善措施的可行性,并应用于实际量产车型,效果显著。Without engine,the NVH of electric vehicle is very important.Taking the differential abnormal noise of an electric vehicle as the research object,the influencing factors of NVH were analyzed based on the structure and working principle of the differential,and the improvement measures were put forward.Combined with the actual evaluation of the whole vehicle,the feasibility of the improvement measures was verified,and applied to the actual mass production vehicle.The effect is remarkable.
