摘 要:以设施栽培早熟油桃品种‘中油9号’为试材,研究了叶面喷施多效唑和摘心处理对油桃果实发育和新梢生长以及各器官碳水化合物含量的影响。结果表明:(1)多效唑和摘心处理对油桃果实的色泽、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量影响均不显著。多效唑处理显著降低了油桃单果重和果肉硬度;摘心处理对油桃单果重和果肉硬度影响均不显著。(2)多效唑和摘心处理均减少了油桃新梢的生长量。(3)多效唑和摘心处理均降低了油桃果肉和叶片的淀粉含量,增加了结果母枝、种子和新梢的淀粉含量。(4)多效唑处理降低了油桃果肉的可溶性总糖含量,增加了种子、叶片、结果母枝和新梢的可溶性总糖含量。摘心处理提高了油桃果肉、叶片和新梢的可溶性总糖含量,降低了种子、结果母枝的可溶性总糖含量。生产中建议合理选择多效唑的施用浓度和时期,避免使用不当造成减产。The early maturing nectarine variety‘Zhongyou 9’cultivated in protected cultivation was used as the test material,and the effects of foliar spraying paclobutrazol and topping on nectarine fruit development,new shoot growth and carbohydrate content in various organs were studied.The results showed that:(1)Paclobutrazol and topping treatments had no significant effect on the color,soluble solid content and titratable acid content of nectarine fruit.Paclobutrazol treatment significantly reduced the single fruit weight and flesh hardness of nectarine;while topping treatment had no significant effect on the single fruit weight and flesh hardness of nectarine.(2)Both paclobutrazol and topping treatments reduced the growth of nectarine new shoots.(3)Both paclobutrazole and topping treatments reduced the starch content of nectarine flesh and leaves,and increased the starch content of fruiting branches,seeds and new shoots.(4)Paclobutrazol treatment decreased the total soluble sugar content of nectarine flesh and increased the total soluble sugar content of seeds,leaves,fruiting branches and new shoots.Topping treatment increased the total soluble sugar content of nectarine flesh,leaves and new shoots,and decreased the total soluble sugar content of seeds and fruiting branches.The application concentration and time of paclobutrazol should be reasonably selected in production to avoid production reduction caused by improper use.
