摘  要:浅圆仓机械通风是保证仓内储粮安全的关键技术和其它储粮技术应用的基础,通过对储粮机械通风的阻力、风速等通风参数之间的关系进行分析,讨论了浅圆仓储粮通风中风速与风压的变化规律以及不同风道布置的通风效果比较,得出2组独立的“圭”字形风道布置形式更适合浅圆仓储粮通风,为浅圆仓风道的合理化设计提供参考。Mechanical ventilation is an important technology to ensure the safety of storage grain in squat silo,and it is the foundation for the application of other grain storage technologies as well.In this paper,the relationship between different mechanical ventilation parameters,such as the resistance and the wind speed were analyzed,the variation law of wind speed and wind pressure,and the effect of different ventilation duct arrangements are compared in the ventilation of grain storage.It is concluded that two independent groups of gui-shaped air ducts are more suitable for the design of squat silo ventilation ducts,which provides reference for the reasonable design of squat silo ventilation ducts.
