摘  要:石英音叉陀螺是振动型角速率传感器,广泛应用于精确制导、飞行器和稳定系统等军用领域,对其接口电路的现有的研究大部分还处于分立元器件PCB集成阶段,难以满足小尺寸、低功耗的现实应用需求。为此,设计一款基于ASIC专用芯片的陀螺接口电路,采用石英材料的音叉型敏感器件,实现高精度角速度测量。测试结果表明该电路在全温区具有较好的零偏稳定性,标度因数、非线性度、不对称度等重要参数均满足设计指标,达到预期效果。Quartz tuning fork gyroscope is a vibrating angular rate sensor,which is widely used in military fields such as precision guidance,aircraft and stabilization system.Most of the existing research on its interface circuit is still at the stage of PCB integration of discrete components,so it is difficult to meet the practical application requirements of small size and low power consumption.Therefore,a gyroscope interface circuit based on ASIC special chips is designed,and a tuning-fork sensitive device made of quartz material is used to achieve high-precision angular velocity measurement.The test results show that the circuit has good zero bias stability in the whole temperature range,and the important parameters such as scale factor,nonlinearity and asymmetry meet the design indexes,and achieve the expected results.
