职业院校专业带头人队伍建设思考及建议

摘　　要：为建设一流品牌职业院校,促进专业带头人队伍发展,首先分析了专业带头人地位作用,其次分析了当前专业带头人队伍建设面临的困境,如队伍建设比较粗放、综合能力素质有所欠缺、条件平台建设需要加强、获得感价值感不够强烈,最后从精准抓建、重点培养、综合施策、加大投入四个方面提出对策建议,可以为其他教学人员队伍建设提供参考借鉴。In order to constructtop vocational colleges and promote the development of spe-cialty leaders,the paper first analyzes the role of specialty leader status,and then analyzes the dilemma of the current specialtyleader team building,such as inadequate comprehensive ability,platform construction and insufficient job satisfaction,etc.Countermeasures have been put forward accordingly.
