摘　　要：为了提高高职航海类专业MOOC建设质量,从教师、学生和平台三个维度构建了层次清晰、结构合理的高职航海类专业MOOC建设质量综合评价体系,并且运用层次分析法确定各级指标相对于总目标的权重,方便MOOC建设者精准地诊断自己的问题,找到解决问题的方法,从而提高MOOC建设质量。In order to improve MOOC construction quality of navigation specialty in higher vocational colleges,a comprehensive evaluation index system is established from dimensions of teachers,students and platforms,andhierarchical analysis is used to determine the weight of each level related to the total target.The weight can be used by MOOC builders to accurately diagnose problems and find ways to solve the problems,thereby increasing the quality of MOOC construction.
