摘  要:《国家职业教育改革实施方案》提出要全面加强校企深度合作,总结现代学徒制经验,强化实习实训,培养大国工匠。为深化产教融合,同时增强技能人才培养的适应性,研究一种产教科融合理念的“两段、多融、一环”实践教学,针对工匠精神内涵,全过程、全方位融入思政元素,并建立闭环评价机制。教学实践证明,产教科融合理念下的现代学徒制实践教学方式,有利于促进工匠精神内化于心的高质量技能人才培养。It is proposed in the Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform that we should comprehensively strengthen in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,sum up the experience of modern apprenticeship,strengthen intern-ship and practice training,and cultivate craftsmen of the nation.In order to deepen the integration of industry and education and en-hance the adaptability of skilled personnel training,a practical teaching mode of“two sections,multiple integrations and one loop”based on the integration of industry,education and science is studied.Ideological and political elements are integrated into the whole process and all dimensions in view of the connotations of craftsman spirit,a closed-loop evaluation mechanism being established.The teaching practice has proved that the modern apprenticeship practical teaching mode under the concept of the integration of industry,education and science is conducive to the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents with craftsman spirit internalized in their hearts.
