摘　　要：高职院校的风险管理基本过程包括目标设定、风险评估、风险应对和报告,首先设定单位层面总体目标和业务层面具体目标,其次开展风险评估:包括风险识别、风险分析和风险评价,然后进行风险应对:包括选择风险应对策略、实施内部控制和风险监测与预警;最后编制风险管理报告。The basic process of risk management in higher vocational colleges includes target setting,risk assessment,risk re-sponse and report.First,set overall goals at the unit level and specific goals at the business level;second,carry out risk assessment,in-cluding risk identification,risk analysis and risk evaluation;third,respond to risks,including choosing risk response strategy,imple-menting internal control,and conducting risk monitoring and early warning;finally,prepare a risk management report.
