摘 要:一直以来,职业教育理论界存在着大职教观与小职教观的争论。2019年,江苏面向社会人员扩招两批次,试点院校共计100所,扩招人数共计50460人。扩招生源不同于过去传统生源,如仍以小职教观视角审视这一举措,那么一定程度上将限制高职院校未来的发展,也不利于社会扩招生源的培养。利用大职教观视角审视高职扩招,政策的实施短时间内可能会给江苏高等职业教育带来很多问题,但从长远来看,如果扩招专业适应本地区产业结构发展需求,将会缓解结构性失业问题;同时,生源增多,生源结构多样,如变单一的办学模式为多元办学模式,变刚性的教学模式转为弹性的教学模式,充分利用不同生源产业背景、工作经验的优势,一定程度上可缓解招生压力,丰富教学资源,提升教学标准,成为江苏高等职业教育转型发展的重要契机。There has always been a dispute between the view of a broad vocational education and the view of narrow vocational education in the field of vocational education theory. In 2019, Jiangsu expanded the enrollment of social personnel in two batches, with 100 pilot colleges and 50,460 students. The source of students of enrollment expansion is different from the traditional source in the past. If the expansion is still viewed from the perspective of narrow vocational education, the future development of higher vocational colleges will be limited to a certain extent, and it is not conducive to the cultivation of social enrollment expansion source. From the perspective of broad higher vocational education, the implementation of higher vocational education expansion may bring many problems to Jiangsu higher vocational education in a short time, but in the long run, if the majors of expansion can meet the needs of the development of the regional industrial structure, it will alleviate the structural unemployment problem. At the same time, the increase in the number of students enrollment with varied structures, such as single education pattern to multiple school-running mode, rigid teaching mode into flexible teaching mode, making advantages of students with different industry background and work experience,can alleviate the pressure of the recruitment of students, enrich the teaching resources, improve teaching standard and so on, which can become an important opportunity for the development of vocational transformation in Jiangsu.
