多元学术观下应用型高校教师职称评聘政策建设路径与策略——基于Nvivo的政策文本分析

摘  要:以我国不同省域8所应用型高校作为研究对象,通过Nvivo软件对其职称评聘现行政策进行文本分析,发现应用型高校职称评聘制度未明显凸显其应用性、特色性、实践性特点,存在重科研轻实践的现象,其教师岗位分型和评价实施方式等有待进一步考量。基于多元学术观,从指标构建、教师分型、代表作评价等方面提出应用型高校教师职称评聘政策建设思考与策略。This paper takes 8 application-oriented universities in different provinces in China as subjects and carries out a text analysis through the Nvivo software on the current policies of their professional title evaluation and employment.It is found that these policies does not clearly highlight the features of application,characteristic,and practice of application-oriented universities,which still emphasizes scientific research and ignores practice. The classification of faculty positions and the evaluation need to be further considered.Based on the Boyer Model of Scholarship,this paper puts forward the paths and strategies for the construction of evaluation and employment policies of faculty professional title in application-oriented universities from the aspects of evaluation criteria construction,faculty classification,and evaluation of representative work.
