摘　　要：Gallbladder cancer(GBC)is the most prevalent cancer type in the biliary tract.Unfortunately,around 80%of patients with GBC are diagnosed at advanced stages with limited options to stop the progression and dissemination of this lethal malignancy.The overall 5-year survival rate is only 18%;for those with distant metastases,the 5-year survival rate drops to single digit(2%).
