摘　　要：人才是第一资源。高校必须深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于新时代人才工作的新理念新战略新举措,坚持人才引领发展的战略地位,聚焦国家发展战略和社会发展需求,服务世界重要人才中心和创新高地建设。以浙江高校为例,全面分析高校人才工作的现状与问题,阐释新时代高校人才工作的新形势新机遇新任务,探索新时代高校人才工作高质量发展的新路径。Talents are resources of paramount importance.Colleges and universities are required to thoroughly study and implement the new concepts,strategies and measures on talent management for the new era proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping,insist on the strategic position of talent leading development,focus on national development strategies and social development needs,and provide support for the building of the world's important talent center and innovation highland.Taking talent management of the colleges and universities in Zhejiang as an example,this article comprehensively analyzes the present circumstances and shortcomings,explains the new situation,opportunities and tasks in the new era,and explores the new paths of high-quality development of talent management.
