摘 要:“双万计划”背景下,华侨大学环境工程专业基于工程教育专业认证,分析了专业发展和人才培养中面临的诸多问题与挑战,通过修订符合新工科要求的培养目标,探索教学模式,规范教学过程,打造以多维度能力培养为导向的课程体系,完善“校内外反馈—持续改进”双向闭环的人才培养质量评价机制,以生态文明建设为指引,挖掘专业潜力,推动校企合作,引培并举提升师资水平,不断探索并完善新形势下的专业人才培养模式。实践表明,基于工程教育专业认证,以学生为中心,构建的专业人才培养质量保证体系,强化实践能力培养的人才培养模式,可为专业可持续发展、落实“三全育人”提供可靠的保障。Under the background of “double 10000 plan” and the engineering education professional certification, the problems and challenges in professional development and talent training of the environmental engineering of Huaqiao University are analyzed. The exploration of the teaching mode and standardization of the teaching process are performed based on the revision of the training objectives that meet the requirements of Emerging Engineering Education, and a curriculum system oriented by multi-dimensional ability training is then built. The internal-external feedback and the bi-directional closed-loop talent training quality evaluation mechanism are improved. Excavation of the professional potential, promotion of the college-enterprise cooperation and elevation of teaching staff quality are pushed forward guided by the construction of ecological civilization. Finally,the professional talent training mode under the new situation is constantly explored and improved. The practice results show that the student-centered professional talent training quality assurance system based on the engineering education professional certification, and the talent training mode of strengthening practical ability training can guarantee the sustainable development of the specialty and the implementation of “three-all education”.
