摘　　要：国家重大能源战略要求开展国际化石油工程人才的培养。针对石油工程创新型国际化教育中遇到的难题,利用已建立的国际化教育资源,系统设计了全英文授课的“钻井工程”“石油工程岩石力学基础”等课程,开设具有鲜明国际化培养要求的教学实践,同时创建了“价值塑造—能力培养—国际视野”相互作用的递进和联动式培养模式,解决了“培养什么及如何培养”的问题,丰富了石油工程国际教育模式,实现了创新型国际化石油工程人才培养途径和培养模式的构建。The internationalization of education of petroleum engineering is one of the most important parts of the national major energy strategy. In view of the difficulties encountered in the innovative international education of petroleum engineering, and using the established international education resources, we have systematically designed courses such as “Drilling Engineering” and “Fundamentals of Rock Mechanics of Petroleum Engineering”taught in English, set up teaching practice with distinct international training requirements, and created a progressive and interactive training mode of “value shaping-ability training-international vision”, which has solved the problem of “what and how to cultivate”, enriched the international education mode of petroleum engineering,and realized the construction of innovative international petroleum engineering talent training ways and mode.
