摘 要:为化解高校公共体育课教学中存在的教学理念陈旧、教学内容单一的问题,扭转过于重视学生运动技能、不注重学生体育理论知识与体育素养提升的教学现状,应通过集知识、能力、素质三方面内容培育于一体的KAQ教学模式的引入,以学生全面发展促进为目标,满足学生不同的体育学习需求,结合学生个性特征,选择适合学生的体育运动方式,从而实现学生运动潜能的激发,培育终身锻炼的体育习惯。基于此,文章提出了KAQ教学中的三个课堂构建及两种教学形式应用,阐述了建立与完善基于KAQ教学模式的评价体系的具体方法,旨在为高校公共体育课教学改革成效提升提供助益。In order to solve the problems of outdated teaching ideas and single teaching content in the teaching of Public Physical Education in colleges and universities,reverse the current teaching situation of paying too much attention to students'sports skills and not paying attention to the improvement of students'sports theoretical knowledge and sports literacy,we should introduce the KAQ teaching mode integrating the cultivation of knowledge,ability and quality,take the promotion of students'all-round development as the goal,meet students'different sports learning needs,and select sports methods suitable for students in combination with students'personality characteristics,so as to stimulate students'sports potential,cultivate the habit of lifelong exercise.Based on this,this paper puts forward the construction of three classes and the application of two teaching forms in KAQ teaching,and expounds the specific methods of establishing and perfecting the evaluation system based on KAQ teaching mode,in order to provide help for the improvement of the teaching reform effect of Public Physical Education in colleges and universities.
