摘  要:课程教学模式改革是地方本科院校教师教育实践创新过程中的关键环节。针对地方本科院校职前师范教育与在职教师培训相分离的“双轨制”教师教育模式,需要借鉴职业教育“一体化课程教学”理念,创新教师教育“一体化课程教学”模式,即强化教学目标、教材内容、师资队伍、教学场地、教学评价,以及合作机制的一体化,实现理论教学与实践教学、能力培养与岗位任务、实训实习与顶岗实习的统一,从而有利于培养适应时代和教育发展需求的高素质专业化创新型教师。The reform of curriculum teaching mode is a key link in the innovation process of local undergraduate teacher education practice. In view of the“dual-track”teacher education mode in which pre-service normal education is separated from in-service teacher training, it is necessary to draw lessons from the vocational education teaching concept of“integrated course teaching”and innovate the“integrated course teaching”mode of teacher education. It emphasizes the integration of teaching content, teaching materials, teachers, teaching sites, teaching evaluation and cooperation mechanism, so as to realize the integration of theoretical teaching and practical teaching, the integration of ability training and job docking, and the integration of practice and practice work. It is beneficial to cultivate highquality professional and innovative teachers to meet the needs of the times and educational development.
