薯片及全粉加工兼用型马铃薯新品种‘龙薯8号’的选育

摘　　要：龙薯8号’是黑龙江省农业科学院马铃薯研究所用‘FL1533’作母本、‘克新16号’作父本经有性杂交系统选育而成,于2020年通过国家非主要农作物品种登记,登记编号GPD马铃薯(2020)230127。该品种中晚熟,生育期96 d(从出苗到茎叶正常枯黄的天数),一般产量1880 kg/667m^(2)。块茎椭圆形,黄皮浅黄肉,芽眼浅。块茎干物质含量23.40%,淀粉含量16.60%,蛋白质含量2.41%,维生素C含量13.60 mg/100 g,还原糖含量0.22%,符合炸片、全粉加工要求,食味优良。高抗马铃薯A病毒(Potato virus A,PVA)、马铃薯S病毒(Potato virus S,PVS)。适宜在黑龙江省各地种植。The new potato variety’Longshu 8’was developed by the Potato Research Institute,Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences from a cross between’FL1533’(female)and’Kexin 16’(male)through sexua hybridization and selection,and approved for the national non-staple crop varieties registration in 2020 and its registration number is[GPD potato(2020)230217].It is a medium-late maturing potato variety(96 days after emergence)and yield is about 1880 kg/667m^(2).Tuber is oval shaped with yellow skin,pale yellow flesh,and shallow eyes.Dry matter content is 23.40%;starch content is 16.60%;crude protein content is 2.41%;vitamin C content is13.60 mg/100 g;and reducing sugar content is 0.22%.’Longshu 8’is qualified for processing into chips and flakes,and has good taste.It is highly resistant to potato virus A(PVA)and potato virus S(PVS).It is suitable for planting in various ecological areas in Heilongjiang Province.
