摘 要:目的探究强化护理管理对儿科护士工作压力及工作倦怠的影响。方法选取2020年1—12月未实施强化护理管理的23名儿科护士为对照组,2021年1—12月实施强化护理管理的23名儿科护士为研究组,对比两组之间工作压力、工作倦怠、管理满意度等。结果管理后,研究组工作压力中时间分配与工作量、工作环境与仪器设备、护理专业与工作方面、患者护理方面、管理与人际关系评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后,研究组个人成就感低落高于对照组,去人格化、情感衰竭评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后,研究组管理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对儿科护士采用强化护理管理有着良好效果,可减轻护士工作压力,缓解其工作倦态,进一步提高管理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of intensive nursing management on work stress and job burnout of pediatric nurses.Methods 23 pediatric nurses who did not implement intensive nursing management from January to December 2020 were selected as the control group,and 23 pediatric nurses who implemented intensive nursing management from January to December 2021 were selected as the research group,and the work stress and job burnout between the two groups,management satisfaction were compared.Results After management,the scores of time allocation and workload,working environment and equipment,nursing specialty and work,patient care,management and interpersonal relationship in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after the management,the personal achievement of the research group was lower than that of the control group,and the scores of depersonalization and emotional exhaustion were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the management,the management satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of intensive nursing management for pediatric nurses has a good effect,which can reduce nurses'work pressure,ease their work fatigue,and further improve management satisfaction.
