摘 要:目的研究以加速康复外科(ERAS)理念为中心的案例教学法(CBL)在肝胆胰教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1—12月在该院普外科实习的30名医学生作为研究对象。2021年1—6月在该科实习的15名医学生设为对照组,2021年7—12月在该科实习的15名医学生设为研究组。研究组采用以ERAS理念为中心的CBL教学法,对照组采用传统授课模式。对两组实习生Mini-CEX量表评定结果予以对比,同时对两组实习生的综合能力进行评分,调查两组实习生的满意度。结果研究组Mini-CEX量表中病史采集沟通技能、体格检查专业技能、临床决策判断能力、回答患者咨询能力、人文关怀职业素养、整体过程组织效率、总体临床能力表现评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组解决问题能力、主动学习能力、团队合作能力、批判性思维能力评分均高于对照组实习生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组对教学方式总满意率高于对照组实习生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将以ERAS理念为中心的CBL教学法应用于肝胆胰教学中的效果较为理想,可有效提高医学实习生的综合能力及对教学方式的满意程度。Objective To study the application effect of the case teaching method(CBL)centered on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in the teaching of hepatobiliary and pancreas.Methods Thirty medical students who practiced in the general surgery department of the hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The 15 medical students who practiced in the department from January to June 2021 were set as the control group,and the 15 medical students who practiced in the department from July to December 2021 were set as the research group.The research group adopted the CBL teaching method centered on the ERAS concept,and the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.The evaluation results of the Mini-CEX scale of the two groups of interns were compared,and the comprehensive ability of the two groups of interns was also scored,and the satisfaction of the two groups of interns was investigated.Results In the Mini-CEX scale of the research group,the interns'medical history collection and communication skills,physical examination professional skills,clinical decision-making and judgment ability,ability to answer patient consultation,professional quality of humanistic care,overall process organization efficiency,and overall clinical ability performance scores were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The problem-solving ability,active learning ability,teamwork ability and critical thinking ability of the interns in the research group were all higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of the interns in the research group was higher than that of the interns in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of applying the CBL teaching method centered on the ERAS concept in the teaching of hepatobiliary and pancreas is ideal,and it can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of medical
