摘 要:网络软硬件技术的研发与应用使得高等院校本科生在线教学工作具有跨时空开展的可能,但也面临着许多方面的风险。基于过程视角,高等院校本科生在线教学因网络软硬件技术设施配备不全而面临着“卡顿掉线”风险,因外界教学环境条件不佳而面临着“外界干扰”风险,因教学安排不当而面临着“厌学弃学”风险,因课堂互动管理不善而面临着“冷场僵化”风险。因此,深入探索在线教学风险的防控措施,有助于丰富我国在线教学风险防控和在线教学管理方面的研究,为高等教育在线教学风险防控的决策者、管理者与教师提供参考。The invention of network software and hardware technology and application make it possible for undergraduates in colleges to carry out teaching work across time and space as well as make it face many risks.Based on the process perspective,this study found that there are four kinds of risks in online teaching of undergraduates with the hybrid method,on which include the stalling of the internet due to theincomplete network software and hardware technology facilities,the external interference due to the poor external teaching environment conditions,the aversion to study due to the improper teaching arrangements between teachers and students,and the interactive rigidity due to the poor classroom interaction management.On this basis,this study comes up with the corresponding measures of online teaching.The results are helpful to enrich the current research on online teaching risk prevention and control as well as online teaching management,and provide a reference for the decision-makers,managers,teachers and students to prevent and control the online teaching risks in the higher education.
