摘  要:采用纸片扩散法测定了香茅醛、冬青油以及两者的复配油对橘青霉的抑制效果。结果表明:香茅醛具有较强抑菌作用,冬青油能够减缓霉菌生长速度,两者复配具有协同作用。香茅醛和复配油作熏蒸剂对橘青霉的杀菌率均能在7 d内达到100%。三种成分作为熏蒸剂和绝氧法结合使用,均能提高杀菌效率。同时使用脱氧剂进行绝氧处理,其中的吸附剂成分会对它们产生吸附作用,使它们的熏蒸表现出一定的缓释效果。The diffusion method was used to determine the inhibition effects of citronellal,wintergreen oil and their composite essence on Penicillium citrinum.The results showed that the citronellal had strong inhibition effect,and the wintergreen oil could slow down the growth rate of penicillium.The combination of the two essential oils had a synergistic effect.As fumigant,the germicidal rates of both citronellal and composite essence could reach 100%within 7 d.With the anoxic conditions,all three essential oils could improve the sterilization efficiency.The adsorbent in deoxidizing agent will adsorb the essential oil.So that essential oil fumigation had a certain slow release effect.
