摘 要:目的探讨基于PBL教学法联合多学科综合治疗模式在喉癌临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取80名本科生,均为2020年5月-2021年5月在西安交通大学第二附属医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科实习的临床专业大四本科生,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组各40名学生,试验组采用PBL联合MDT的教学方法,对照组采用传统的LBL教学法,比较试验组和对照组的教学效果差异。结果试验组学生其基础知识、病例分析考核成绩均高于对照组,且试验组学生对授课方式、应用模式、教师能力、课堂氛围、理论掌握满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在喉癌的临床教学实践过程中,采用PBL联合MDT教学模式能够提高学生自主学习的积极性,更好地培养学生的临床思维能力,更受学生欢迎。To explore the effect of problem based learning(PBL)combined with multidisciplinary treatment(MDT)in the clinical teaching of laryngeal cancer.Methods Eighty undergraduate students,all senior students majoring in otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from May 2020 to May 2021,were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 40 students in each group.The experimental group adopted the PBL and MDT teaching method,and the control group adopted the traditional LBL teaching method.The teaching effects of the experimental group and the control group were compared.Results The experimental group students'scores of basic knowledge and case analysis were higher than those of the control group,and the experimental group students'satisfaction with teaching methods,application modes,teachers'ability,classroom atmosphere and theory mastery were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of clinical practice teaching of laryngeal cancer,PBL combined with MDT teaching mode could improve students'enthusiasm for autonomous learning and cultivate students'clinical thinking ability preferably,which is more popular with students.
