摘  要:目的研究开展混合教育模式对研究生掌握临床防护知识的效果。方法采用基于网络的自主学习和模拟教学的线下学习对409名研究生进行培训,通过线下教育前后测试题对比了解混合式教育效果,采用调查问卷了解研究生对混合式培训的满意程度。结果混合式教育后研究生绝大部分临床防护项目正确率较网络学习后得到提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究生对混合式教育感到满意,评分>4.5。结论研究生对混合式教育感到满意,开展混合式教育可以提高研究生临床防护意识、知识和能力,增加应对传染性疾病的信心,具有一定的推广价值。Objective To study the effect of a blended training model on graduated students’clinical-protection knowledge and confidence.Methods 409 graduate students who attended the training were enrolled.A pre and post-test was done and a satisfaction survey of blended training was investigated after the training to understand the satisfaction degree of training.Results The accuracy of most clinical protection items of Postgraduates after mixed education was higher than that after e-learning,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Graduate students are satisfied with mixed education,with a score greater than 4.5.Conclusion Blended training program can improve the self-protection awareness and self-protection ability of graduate students,and increase confidence in coping with infection diseases.
