摘　　要：2022版《中国临床肿瘤学会乳腺癌诊疗指南》基于新的循证医学证据、兼顾药物可及性、结合中国专家意见,在前版指南的基础上,对诊疗方案推荐进行了更新。作者介绍了新版指南主要更新内容、并结合循证医学依据进行解读,内容包括证据级别和推荐等级,新辅助治疗和新辅助后的辅助治疗,辅助治疗和辅助后续强化治疗,以及晚期乳腺癌的解救治疗。Chinese society of clinical oncology(CSCO)has updated the recommendations of diagnosis and treatment in breast cancer guidelines version 2022 based on the 2021 version and in the light of the new evidence-based medical evidence,availability of drugs,and experts opinions of CSCO.The author briefly introduces the main updated contents and interprets them with evidence-based medical evidence.The contents include evidence level and recommendation categories of the guideline,neoadjuvant therapy and adjuvant therapy after neoadjuvant therapy,adjuvant therapy and successive adjuvant intensive treatment,and rescue treatment of advanced breast cancer.
