摘 要:食品安全问题是关系民生的大事,食品安全检测也成为了一项专业的技术工作。在食品安全检测工作中,各部门都应对食品品质进行及时、适当的检查,并根据不同的管理状态与模式对问题作出合适的处理。基于此,本文分析了食品检验行业工作质量管理中存在的问题,并提出了检验检测机构质量管理运行中常见问题的优化方法,以供参考。Food safety is a major issue related to people’s livelihood,and food safety testing has also become a professional technical work.In the food safety inspection,all departments shall timely and properly inspect the food quality,and properly handle the problems according to different management states and modes.Based on this,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the quality management of food inspection industry,and puts forward the optimization methods for the common problems in the quality management operation of inspection and testing institutions for reference.
