摘  要:质量和特色是远程教育赖以生存和可持续发展的关键。高质量、好的远程教育理应让学习者从学习经历中有所受益。通过对成人学习者开展调研发现,生师互动、课程学习、同伴互动是学生最为认可的三大学习经历主题,总结相关特征后,提出建立双元三阶三维的远程教育教师能力体系;搭建丰富、共享、开放的教与学资源库;开展提升同伴互动相关研究的远程教育质量提升建议。Quality and characteristics are the key to the survival and sustainable development of distance education.High-quality and good distance education should allow learners to benefit from their learning experience.Through the investigation of adult learners,it is found that student-teacher interaction,course learning,and peer interaction are the three most recognized learning experience themes for students.After summarizing the relevant characteristics,three suggestions for improving the quality of distance education are put forward.Including the establishment of a dual,three-level,and three-dimensional distance education teacher ability system;building a rich,shared and open teaching and learning resource library;carrying out related research on improving peer interaction.
