摘　　要：针对目前城市交叉口存在的一系列交通问题,为了减缓交通拥堵,提高城市交叉口通行效率,考虑对交叉口各个相位有效绿灯时间进行配时优化,以车辆延误、停车次数以及通行能力这三个指标建立模型;然后用改进的遗传算法进行求解,得到信号配时结果。结果表明:在车辆行驶的高峰时期,文章的方法与原方案配时结果进行对比,各参数在一定程度上都有所改善。In view of a series of traffic problems existing at urban intersections,in order to slow down traffic congestion and improve the traffic efficiency at urban intersections,we consider optimizing the effective green light time of each phase at the intersection,and establish a model with three indicators:vehicle delay,parking number and traffic capacity.Then the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem and the signal timing results are obtained.The results show that,in the peak period of vehicle driving,the method in this paper is compared with the original scheduling results,and all parameters are improved to some extent.
