摘  要:目的 分析2016-2020年济宁市农民食源性疾病监测数据,探讨农民群体食源性疾病的发病规律和流行病学特征,为今后的防控工作提供理论依据。方法 收集2016-2020年济宁市农民食源性疾病病例信息和主动监测结果信息,并进行分析。结果 2016-2020年济宁市共报告职业为农民的食源性疾病患者87 639例,第三季度是农民食源性疾病主要发病时间,家庭是主要发病场所,51~60岁的年龄组为高发人群,临床诊断以急性胃肠炎为主。主动监测共采集粪便样本452份,阳性率为21.34%;主要监测的病原体种类有5种,检出率分别是诺如病毒12.89%、致泻大肠埃希氏菌12.83%、副溶血性弧菌和沙门氏菌均为0.22%、志贺氏菌未检出,其中诺如病毒以诺如Ⅱ型为主,致泻大肠埃希氏菌以黏附性大肠埃希氏菌属(EAEC)为主,不同监测年份之间阳性率的差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=62.643,P<0.05)。结论 济宁市农民食源性疾病多发于第三季度,家庭是发生食源性疾病的主要场所,51~60岁的年龄组为高发人群,诺如病毒和致泻性大肠埃希菌是导致食源性疾病发生的最常见致病菌。Objective To analyze the monitoring data of foodborne diseases among farmers in Jining city during 2016-2020,and find out the regularity and epidemiological characteristics,so as to provide reference for future prevention and control work.Methods The case information and active surveillance results of foodborne diseases among farmers in Jining city from 2016 to 2020 were collected and analyzed.Results From 2016 to 2020,a total of 87 639 cases of foodborne diseases were reported in Jining city.The third quarter of year and family were the main time and place for foodborne illnesses,and the age group of 51 to 60 years old was the high-risk group.A total of 452 fecal samples were collected by active monitoring,with a positive rate of 21.34%.There were 5 main pathogens to be monitored,and the detection rates were 12.89% for norovirus,12.83% for diarrhea Escherichia coli,0.22% for Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Salmonella,and no Shigella was detected.The main viral pathogen was GⅡ and the main bacterial pathogen was adherent Escherichia coli(EAEC).The detection rate of pathogens in different years was statistically significant(χ~2=62.643,P<0.05).Conclusion Food-borne diseases of farmers in Jining city frequently occur in the third quarter,and families are the main places where food-borne diseases occur.The age group of 51-60 years old is the high incidence group.Norovirus and diarrheal Escherichia coli are the most common pathogenic bacteria causing food-borne diseases.
